- Voice recordings: audio files from practice tasks and exams. These are immediately transcribed and deleted (we never store audio permanently).

- Provide exam simulations, feedback, and performance results.
- Personalize your feedback based on your selected CEFR goal level.
- Improve platform reliability, accuracy, and new features.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, our contractual obligation to provide the service, and our legitimate interest in improving the platform.

- Voice recordings: Deleted immediately after transcription.
- Transcripts: Not stored.
- Scores and feedback: Saved securely in your account history so you can reviewpast performance.
- Account data: Retained only as long as your account is active. If you delete youraccount, all associated scores and feedback are deleted as well.
- Inactive accounts: If your account remains inactive for an extended period, we maydelete your data in line with our retention policy.
4. Your Rights
In line with GDPR (Europe) and Law 25 (Quebec), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request corrections to inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

- This applies to all plan durations: Light (5 days), Pro (15 days), and Mastery (30 days).

- This Refund Policy applies only to paid subscriptions.
- Our free trial is offered without charge and is not eligible for refunds.
